Some Notes about Pudding Basins or Bowls
Aluminium or steel non-stick coated pudding bowls are available from specialty kitchen shops. I have four of them. Mine measure 193mm over the outside of the rim, 172mm inside the rim, and stand 114mm high without the lid. They have a fluid capacity of 2L. The recipe fills two of these bowls.
